Let’s make this easy, honest, and low-pressure—because I know how it feels to book something like this.
Q: How do I book a session?
All bookings are done through the booking page. Choose and purchase your package which will link though to my calendar to book your session, pick a time that works, and you’ll get an email with all the details, including a short form to help us make the most of our time together.
Q: What if I don’t know what I need yet?
That’s totally okay. You don’t have to have it all figured out —I’ll help you clarify things as we go. If you’re unsure which session suits you best, feel free to drop me an email or invest in your businesses future and book the power hour to really hash it out before taking the next step.
Q: I’m neurodivergent / anxious / overwhelmed—will this be too intense?
Not at all. My approach is gentle, empowering, and totally tailored to you. You’re free to show up however you are and I’ll guide us through at a pace that feels good. There’s space here for your real self.
Q: What’s your availability like?
I offer sessions during weekdays and occasional evenings. My typical response times are between 7–9am and 7–9pm, but I’ll always do my best to reply sooner if I can. You’ll also get direct communication support if included in your session.
Q: Can I reschedule if life gets chaotic?
Absolutely. I just ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to move your session—flexibility goes both ways here. Life happens, and I get it.
